A shell and core CAT A fit-out to 3000sqft on behalf of a local developer, to enable them to lease out the units as office space. Removing external wooden shuttering we installed brand new double glazed external windows, full access floors, suspended ceiling, lighting, air Conditioning and toilet areas – the full works and all in 8 weeks from start to finish. The clean and fresh final result enabled the developer to lease out the floor and earn revenue quickly.
