Chugai Pharma - Chiswick

Having re-signed their lease on 8500 sqft for another 15 years, Chugai wanted to take the opportunity to completely re-design and refit all open plan office space, staff breakout area and the meeting room suite. Last undertaken in 2006, a change was needed to bring the interior and working culture up to date and to provide additional space for expansion. Works included 74 benchdesk work positions, re-decoration and re-carpeting, and a brand new staff breakout with Orangebox meeting pods and lounge chairs. To minimise disruption, 95% of works were undertaken out of hours and at weekends. Chugai were able to carry on as normal while it all changed around them.
